Description/Blazon
The red and white horizontal stripes refer to the insignia of the First United States Army, the home area of the unit.  The crest of the United States Army Reserve surmounted on a trapezoid shape, edged red above and white below; all below two yellow scrolls, edged white and inscribed "307TH" and "ARMY BAND" in dark blue.  The dark blue represents the Adjutant General Corps with which all Army Bands are associated and when combined with the red and white, allude to the National flag of Liberia where the unit was originally activated.
